1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ea77vip ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ea77vip platform — including its website, mobile interface, live casino, sportsbook, and any associated services — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

Important: These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026. Players who created accounts prior to this date are bound by the Terms in force at the time of registration and any subsequently published amendments they were notified of.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of ea77vip is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the platform:

- Single account: You must not already hold a registered account on ea77vip. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
ea77vip reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by our compliance team will result in the suspension of the account pending verification, or permanent closure if evidence is not provided.
Persons who are aware that a minor has registered or is using an account on ea77vip must notify us immediately at support@ea77vip. We will investigate and close any account found to be held by an underage individual. Any funds in such an account will be returned to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, less any winnings generated, which are non-payable to underage users.
Age Verification: As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, ea77vip may require you to submit a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Accounts are subject to restrictions until KYC is satisfactorily completed.
3. Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of services on ea77vip — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must first register a valid player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:
- Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document)
- Date of birth
- A valid email address that you own and control

ea77vip reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided. The submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, as well as the forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ea77vip will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at support@ea77vip and change your password without delay.
KYC Verification Timeframe: Identity verification documents must be submitted within 30 days of registration or before your first withdrawal request — whichever comes first. Accounts with incomplete KYC will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is successfully completed.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ea77vip are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:
Deposits:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 per transaction.
- Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
- Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
- Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 30 minutes to be credited due to bank processing times.
- ea77vip does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges, for which ea77vip accepts no responsibility.
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawals:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering procedures.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are generally completed within minutes of processing.
- Withdrawals will not be processed for accounts with incomplete KYC verification.
- ea77vip reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request above ৳50,000.
- Funds that were deposited but never wagered may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal is approved, to ensure compliance with anti-money-laundering policies.

5. Bonuses & Promotions
ea77vip offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. The following general provisions apply to all promotions on the platform:
- Wagering requirements: All bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
- Bonus validity: All bonuses carry an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
- Eligible games: Not all games on ea77vip contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category will be specified in the promotion terms. Live casino games and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
- One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
- Abuse prevention: ea77vip reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold related winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, use of automated betting software, or placing low-risk offsetting bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on ea77vip. Product-specific rules (e.g., for live casino games, slots, and crash games) are published within each game or game category on the platform.
- Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by ea77vip. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation message and the stake has been deducted from your account balance. ea77vip reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion.
- Odds and prices: Odds displayed on ea77vip are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. In-play odds in particular may fluctuate rapidly during live cricket matches.
- Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: an event being cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market is decided; obvious pricing errors; technical errors that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; or match-fixing investigations that affect the integrity of the result.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing a bet. These limits may vary by sport, market, and event, and may be adjusted individually for accounts where patterns of betting indicate unusual activity.
- Winnings settlement: Winnings will be credited to your ea77vip account balance promptly after the relevant event result is confirmed by our data providers. For cricket markets, settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.).
- Disputed results: If you believe that a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with support@ea77vip within 30 days of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
ea77vip uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems for all non-live casino and slot game outcomes. Live casino game results are determined by physical dealing and spinning processes streamed in real time from certified studio environments operated by our game providers.
7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on ea77vip. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any outstanding balance:
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while under the age of 18.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities, whether alone or in coordination with other individuals.
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using ea77vip as a vehicle for money laundering.
- Abusing bonus offers, including claiming the same promotion via multiple accounts, using offsetting bets across accounts to eliminate risk, or any other form of systematic bonus exploitation.
- Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile wallet provider without first attempting to resolve a dispute with ea77vip's support team. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through all available legal channels.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward ea77vip staff or other users via any communication channel.
ea77vip employs fraud detection and responsible gaming monitoring systems. Accounts flagged by these systems may be subjected to enhanced verification requirements, temporary restrictions, or suspension pending investigation.
9. Account Suspension & Closure
ea77vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or the use of funds derived from illegal activity.
- A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or an authorised third party acting on their behalf.
- Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, we will endeavour to notify the account holder via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe, unless disclosure would prejudice an ongoing investigation.
Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your ea77vip account at any time by contacting support@ea77vip. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance (net of bonuses and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding disputes or investigations are in progress.
ea77vip will not be liable for any losses arising from account suspension or closure that results from a breach of these Terms by the account holder.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ea77vip, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of, or inability to use, the ea77vip platform or any of its services.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
- Errors, delays, or inaccuracies in odds data, game outcomes, or score feeds provided by third-party data providers.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality.
- Any loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill arising from or connected to platform use, except in cases of proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of ea77vip.
- Disruptions to mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or card payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
ea77vip makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to notify users in advance of scheduled maintenance windows.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Gambling Losses: ea77vip is not liable for gambling losses incurred by players. All players accept the inherent risk of loss when participating in any form of gambling. We strongly encourage all players to gamble within their means and to use our responsible gaming tools proactively.
11. Amendments to These Terms
ea77vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the ea77vip platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact us to close your account before the effective date of the changes.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice, though the page will always reflect the most current text.
